‘Haagse Textielborrel’

On Friday November 11th 2022, the 10th ‘Haagse Textielborrel’ (The Hague Textile Get-Together) was held, for students and professionals in the field of textile. I started this initiative some years ago and now it was my turn to be in the spotlight, together with friend and colleague Annika Syrjämäki. We talked about the project we did for a French couture house spring 2022, and I showed some results of my elastic 3D printing research. We were flattered with a full house of both young and experienced professionals, a lot of whom very invested in sustainability. Very heart-warming!!

The Borrel took place in the Graphic Workshop in The Hague. A wonderfull place that you should check out if you are an artist or designer in the Netherlands.
