In the past years it has become a tradition to spend a few days in the TextielLab of the TextielMuseum in Tilburg (NL) and work on the embroidery machines, with the support of embroidery specialist Frank de Wind. As it often goes, every new idea sparks two others, and I have found that a few days are no longer enough.

Recently we experimented with cording (adding a special yarn or cord) and embroidering over water soluble foam. Both very interesting!
